Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Community Therapist. As the Community Therapist, you would be responsible for providing on-going crisis/risk assessments, developing and monitoring safety plans, providing individual, group and family therapy, the OCH FITT Therapist participates in interdisciplinary treatment team to meet the needs of FITT clients/families. FITT is an intensive, approximately 90-day in-home program, for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g. hospitalization, residential, detention).

• The must be an individual with a master’s degree who is on a licensure track or license eligible. Licensure supervision provided.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
